How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are the panels moisture resistant?
While our standard panels are designed for indoor dry use, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water. For bathrooms or humid areas, ensure proper ventilation to maintain the wood's integrity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged panels in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
