At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation; if our acoustic panels don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Ensure all wood panels are placed back in their original packaging with all mounting hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the panels for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
